3. Soup! Eat less and burn fat faster by having a bowl of soup as an appetizer or a snack. According to a Penn State University study, soup is a super appetite suppressant because it’s made up of a hunger-satisfying combination of liquids and solids. In the study, women chose one of three 270-calorie snacks before lunch. Women who had chicken and rice soup as a snack consumed a n average of 100 fewer calories than those in the study who opted for a chicken and rice casserole or the casserole and a glass of water. I used to joke that soup is not a meal but it really dies fill you for very few calories and remember that when you eat a food with a lot of taste it really will satisfy.
4. Grapefruit! The grapefruit diet is not a myth. Researchers at Scripps Clinic found that participants who ate half a grapefruit with each meal in a 12-week period lost an average of 3.6 pounds. The study indicates that the unique chemical properties in this vitamin C-packed citrus fruit reduce insulin levels, which promotes weight loss and boost metabolism. NOTE: If you are taking medication, check with your doctor about any potentially adverse interactions with grapefruit. Grapefruit, because of the soft peel is a nice alternative to an apple of orange and study after study of the last 30 years has shown that it can really help burn fat.

4 hari 3 malam bercuti di kedah
oh kedah oh kedah,
kedah merupakan suasana baru bagi aku disaat ayah ku terpaksa berhijrah kesini,
tapi aku rasa cam seronok plak duk kedah nie sbb angin dpn umah sepoi sepoi bahasa. almaklum lah umah depan mengadap sawah terbiar....hehehehhe
ok sepanjang cuti ni, aku dan adik2 keluar berjalan2 sekitar alor setar and jitra...so we adik beradik decide nak pi jitra mall nak tengok puss in the boots...and u know what kebetulan that day saya jumpa remy ishak...
saya xminat pown remy ishak tu tapi demi kawan ku tercinta,aku gagahkan diri pi tangkap gambar dia...heheehhe
ok remy didepan ku....tapi kan perasaan excited jumpa remy tu xde lor plak coz maybe sebab i nak jumpa aaron aziz!!!!!!! aaron plez meet me...sekali pown jadi lor...plez plez....(^_^)
ok sesudah sampai umah,mama ajak gi karaoke kat tempat oh my god kemain besar biliknya..audio dia xnak lak superb...(tmpt dirahsiakan)..hehehhe

berat dia sekarang...jeng jeng.... 68-69 mcm tu....dia hilang dalam 12 kg dalam masa 2 bulan nie....
mcm mana dia lakukan....hurmmmm dah saya trainer dia..so dia buat cara saya lor kan....

kisah adik aku yang tersayang.....dari comel kew hodoh!!!
hye all...
lama dah saya tak menulis nie...pegang keypad pown terketar2 gitu....hahahha...
ok as i penah ckp before pasal kisah my adik yang gemok sama2 ngan saya the dia kurus dulu and tinggalkan akak kesayangan dia nie gemuk keseorangan...cilako punya adi...hahahah...
ok now begin the story k.....

berat before: akak rasa around 88 kg..maybe more or less???
berat after: jap pi tnya dia.....hahahhha
so the question is how...how...how he loss weight and biarkan saya gemok kesorangan???
dia cakap sebab dia stop makan makanan bibik aku...adakah itu satu jawapan...so megong kan....dia kata terlalu byk ajinamoto....ok2 maybe can accepted....maybe....then dia tengah keja bowling that time...maybe leh drop r kan cos dia angkat bola boling yg berat tu???ehehhehe
ok so mesti people tertanya2 mcm mana rupa adik ku before and after kan...ok i show u....bedebar nak negok??debar kan??hahhahaha...ok this is my sengal brother who kianat his sister dengan kurus diam2...aigooo...hahahhaha

makanan oh makanan
Memang tak dinafikan, makanan dan aku tak dapat dipisahkan walau apa yang terjadi pown....
seriously saya teringin nak makan:
1. ayam goeng mcd
2. abc
3. sup sayur depan kedai abc ronaldo
4. tempe goreng cicah sambal belacan
5.sizling chicken chop
6.and banyak lagi difikiran aku....sampai esok pown xhabis citer pasal makanan....hahahha
ok tetapi kerana diet saya terpaksa menahan nafsu makan saya yang sangat membuak2 ini....
for breakfast saya hanya makan biskut iko 3 pek with susu ....terbaek coz sangat kenyang yer,....my dinner basically sama macam my breakfast....
for lunch, saya makan antara sup bebola sayur or tomyam sayur or maybe telur...telur kan protein..so sometimes i need some protein for my body...hehehe
jom betutti fruiti...sedap woooo...suka yogurt asli rather that flavor ones...ehehhe

aku adalah aku and itu tak pernah berubah!!!
ok u ollsss....i bukan nak bangga diri (ada lor kembang kempis skit) hahaha...i think im proud of my self lor dengan kejayaan diriku...heheh....
actually aku bertekad nak kurus selepas gi wedding kak my....aku terfikir2 adakah aku nak kawin dengan rupa yang mcm nie and adakah aku nak rosakan pic kawen aku....so aku tekad!!!! ok this is me before dieting....dah tengok jangan gelak plak sbb i terasa tau!!! hahahahha
ok so i tell u olls before kan cara i diet....so after i loose weight i jadi cam gini...i xckp i dah kurus....but i ckp i lose weight sikit...and saya on the way lose it some more....chaiyok!!!hehehe
i know i know...i gemok lgi....but just wait and see in one year....hehehe

saya berjaya kurus..i can,u can too
salam all,
pasti ramai terkejut mcm mana saya boleh hilang 19 kg kan?
saya pown terkejut saya hilang sebanyak itu...
btw before this berat saya 97 kg and tinggi saya 166,167 mcm tu...so nampak mcm gergasi k...hahaha
disebabkan tekad saya nak kurus bln 6 this year,so saya wat bermacam2 diet..hanya makan oat sebegitu..tapi mcm xde kesan kan..hehehe
diesebabkan time tu saya cuti sem,so saya gi gym awam kat putrajaya tu.masuk rm 2 jew 2 jam...saya lari lor atas treadmil and buang dalam 200-300 kalori sehari...xbnyk pown..puasa pown saya exersice time before nak buka tu kat gym.tu lor agaknya byk fat sy terbuang kan....
aftre raya berat saya 85kg....so saya happy lor,sbb banyak gak kan.dlm 12 kg ilang...saya happy happy...
buka sem,gym telah tiada,saya memikirkan cara nak excersice..so hari tu saya tengok citer korea DREAM HIGH. Da satu watak nama kim pil sok.dalam citer tu dia gemok,then dia skipping hari2 ,the dia jadi kurus(pew ckp belit2 nie kan)...hahahahha
so saya pown memulakan journey berskiping.....and u know what my weight dh jdi 78kg...wahhhh suprise kan....
kalo part diet2 tu,hummm pagi i eat 3 pack of iko biskut and milk,tgh hari saya masak sendiri sup bebola and sayur(kuantiti bebola xnak plak byk gila,mcm 2 owg makan) and malam saya makan mcm breakfast...setakat ni i love my way of eating....sometimes saya makan ayam sebagai sumber protein kan...but u know what i really miss mcd,kfc...suka ayam goreng...waaaa..tp i gi makan juga slalu....hahahahha
ok disini saya nak cakap ,skiping lor 2000 sehari and makan cara saya gerenti turun berat....kawan saya dh hilang 8 kg sebulan ikowt my way..bangga jap(^_^)

menulis sekian lama
hye semua,
pe khabar....dah lama saya tak menulis sejak post pertama saya....malas rasanya nak menulis..heheheh
humm so beberapa hari lagi dah nak dekat raya..tapi saya tak balik kampung pun..beraya lor disini...but its ok,ingat saya nak keja lah,sebab gaji masyuk time raya ni..hehehhe...
hari tu saya wat biskut raya(choclate chip cookies) n u know what...sangat sedap yer..nyum2...hehehe
saya tengah berdiet nie,dah start sejak sebulan lebih yang lepas.dulu berat saya hummm hampir mencecah 100 kg...berat kan..saya pown xperasan saya dah makin gemok...oh no.....so saya dapat kesedaran nak kurus lepas tengok kak my nak kawin..hati aku tertanya2..adakah aku nak kawin dalam keadaan gemok mcm nie..so aku janji ngan diri,selagi aku tak kurus aku tak akan kawin.walo janji tu orang cakap mcm ntah pape,menyeksa diri jew,but i need to do it for my self,i need keyakinan diri balik. bukannya time gemuk aku tak de keyakinan diri menghadapi public tapi kalo kawin kan,owg suka mengata..pengantin tu gemuk lah,tak cantik lah..apalah....so what ever lor....so untuk itu, i need to do something for me...i hope semua boleh menyokong saya..adik saya dulu pown dah kurus,tinggalkan saya gemok sowg2..nyampah tau,.tak nak lak dak tu turun 30 kg...kuang aja...hehehhe

Salam perkenalan
Salam semua,
first time ni nak tulis blog secara rasminya....
keinginan nak menulis tu memang ada dari dulu lagi,tapi asyik tak berkesempatan,
so dihari yang bermakna bagi saya ni(almaklumlah 1st time tuis blog) saya akan menceritakan serba sedikit tentang diri saya....
saya adalah saya as u all know...
i love baking(walau asyik xjadi jew kuih or kek) tp xpew saya tetap suka bakar membakar ni...bukan bakar rumah..no no no..hahaha
i love korean drama and korean idol(snsd,shinee,kara,suju,boyfriend,tvxq,rainbow....and etc)
i love hindi movie..so loving it...i love KATRINA KAIF....she just menyinar bak kata owg....haish suka suka suka....and pew lagi ek???
